That will then go on to both of his kids that die before they have any children.Ä«aldwin's eldest is called Robert, who died in 1082 of slow fever. ![]() He dies in 1089, so I grant it to the second son instead, William. Cornwall is then given to the third son, Richard, to start with- Baldwin has a lot of kids, 12 of them from 2 wives. Easier said than done, and it's not until Billy creates and bestows the title of the Duchy of Cornwall onto Baldwin in 1076 that I actually managed to take the title for myself in 1081. What can you do? Well, the first thing is take over Cornwall from the Breton Bastard. So, Baldwin de Brionne, son of a former mentor to William the conqueror. After attempting Cornwall from the Conquest bookmark and realising I was a little out of my depth due to him being a bastard and therefore was hard to get a legit son (I know how to now, but he seems to have been replaced with someone else now.) I steeled myself and went for the count of Devon (urgh). Well, I've dabbled in mods (CK2 and project Balance/vanilla flavour enhancement), especially their shattered world scenario, but I do have a long-running vanilla game. ![]()
